New York High School Softball - Thousand Islands bounces Alexandria Central

Thousand Islands Vikings (Clayton, NY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Alexandria Central Purple Ghosts (Alexandria Bay, NY), 15-0 in a league challenge.

The Vikings now own a 10-4 record. They take the field next when they host General Brown for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 15. Thousand Islands will battle a Lions squad coming off a 6-5 non-league win over South Lewis (Turin, NY). The Lions record now stands at 5-8.

With the loss, Alexandria Central falls to 3-10 on the campaign.
