Camden Panthers (Camden, NJ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Eastside Tigers (Camden, NJ), 16-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they host Winslow Township for a non-league match on Tuesday, May 14. Camden will face a Eagles squad coming off a 15-3 league loss to Camden Catholic (Cherry Hill, NJ). The Eagles record now stands at 3-10.

With the loss, Eastside falls to 0-5 on the campaign.
