In Monday's non-league contest, the Columbiana Clippers (Columbiana, OH) softball team held off the host Canton South Wildcats (Canton, OH), by a margin of 2-1.
With the triumph, Columbiana moves its record to 24-4 on the year. The Clippers host Rootstown (Rootstown, OH) to play the Rovers in a non-league contest on Tuesday, May 14.
