The Milaca Wolves (Milaca, MN) softball routed the visiting Pine City Dragons (Pine City, MN), 14-3 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Wolves (11-9) will now prepare for their bout against Albany (Albany, MN). The Huskies go into the Granite Ridge bout with a 11-4 record.
The Dragons now own a 4-11 record. They take the field next when they host Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia] for a Great River challenge on Tuesday, May 14. Pine City will battle a Huskies squad coming off a 8-5 non-league win over Mora (Mora, MN). The Huskies record now stands at 8-7.
