The Blue Devils now own a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Inland Lakes for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 14. Gaylord will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 15-0 league win over Central Lake (Central Lake, MI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-3.

With the defeat, Alpena drops to 6-8 on the year. The Wildcats host St. Francis (Traverse City, MI) to clash with the Gladiators in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 16. The Gladiators go into the challenge with a record of 17-4. St. Francis 6-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Glen Lake (Maple City, MI)
