In Tuesday's league game, the host Bellows Falls Terriers baseball team scored a close 9-8 win over the Woodstock Wasps.
The Terriers (6-5) will now prepare for their game against Hartford (White River Junction, VT). The Hurricanes go into the SVL B game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Hartford was tipped by Brattleboro (Brattleboro, VT), 5-2, in a non-league game.
Next, the Wasps play the Windsor Yellowjackets (Windsor, VT) in a SVL B game, on Thursday, May 15. Woodstock will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the game with a 1-6 record after their 9-7 non-league win over Springfield (Springfield, VT).
