In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Morristown-Beard Crimson lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-9 triumph over the Governor Livingston Highlanders.

The Crimson (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against Livingston (Livingston, NJ). The Lancers come into the non-league battle with a 6-6 record. In their last battle, Livingston edged DePaul Catholic (Wayne, NJ), 11-5, in a non-league battle.

The Highlanders now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cedar Grove for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 15. Governor Livingston will encounter a Panthers team coming off a 16-11 non-league loss to Mount St. Dominic Academy (Caldwell, NJ). The Panthers record now stands at 6-9.
