The Myers Park Mustangs soccer squad scored 9 points and held the visiting Watauga Pioneers to 0 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Mustangs now hold a 13-7 record. They play next when they host Page for a non-league bout on Thursday, May 15. Myers Park will play a Pirates squad coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Alexander Central (Taylorsville, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 12-7.
With the loss, Watauga moves to 10-7 on the year.
