The South Elgin Storm lacrosse squad scored 9 points and limited the visiting Antioch Sequoits to 8 in the Storm non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Storm now hold a 9-6 record. They take the field next when they host Glenbard North for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 15. South Elgin will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 19-7 league loss to Wheaton-Warrenville South (Wheaton, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 6-8.
With the loss, Antioch falls to 7-8 on the year. The Sequoits host Grant Community (Fox Lake, IL) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Northern Lake County game on Wednesday, May 14. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 11-3. Grant Community lost 9-8 in their recent league game against Lakes (Lake Villa, IL)
