Illinois High School Lacrosse - Oak Park-River Forest drops to Benet Academy

Benet Academy Redwings (Lisle, IL) backers exited the stadium satisfied Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team achieve victory over the visiting Oak Park-River Forest Huskies (Oak Park, IL), 8-4 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Benet Academy improves its record to 9-7 on the season. The Redwings travel to Saint Viator (Arlington Heights, IL) to play the Lions in a game on Thursday, May 15. The Lions come into the game with a record of 15-3. Saint Viator won 15-3 in their recent non-league game against Lake Forest (Lake Forest, IL)
The Huskies now have a 5-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fenwick for a non-league game on Friday, May 16. Oak Park-River Forest will play a Friars team coming off a 13-5 league loss to DePaul College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Friars record now stands at 7-9.
