In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Weston Trojans lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-7 triumph over the Brookfield Bobcats.
The Trojans (7-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Bethel (Bethel, CT). The Wildcats go into the South West challenge with a 10-1 record.
Next, the Bobcats clash with the Notre Dame Prep Lancers (Fairfield, CT) in a South West challenge, on Wednesday, May 14. Brookfield will attempt to better on its 8-6 season record. The Lancers go into the challenge with a 1-12 record after their 11-2 non-league loss to Valley Regional (Deep River, CT).
