The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the ConVal Cougars (Peterborough, NH) and the visiting Pelham Pythons (Pelham, NH), observed ConVal's softball team prevail over Pelham by a tally of 13-1.

The Cougars (7-1) will now prepare for their bout against Souhegan (Amherst, NH). The Sabers go into the Division II bout with a 1-8 record. In their last bout, Souhegan was routed by Oyster River (Durham, NH), 14-2, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Pythons clash with the Sanborn Regional Indians (Kingston, NH) in a Division II bout, on Wednesday, May 14. Pelham will attempt to advance on its 2-7 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 3-5 record after their 8-7 league loss to Kingswood (Wolfeboro, NH).
