Indiana High School Softball - Jay County bounces Southern Wells

May 13, 2025: Poneto, IN 46781

In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Jay County Patriots softball team scored a nice 18-1 win over the Southern Wells Raiders.

The Patriots (15-2) will now prepare for their match against Heritage (Monroeville, IN). The Patriots come into the Allen County match with a 13-6 record. In their last match, Heritage notched a victory over Garrett (Garrett, IN), 6-5, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Raiders battle the Woodlan Warriors (Woodburn, IN) in a Allen County match, on Thursday, May 15. Southern Wells will attempt to better on its 2-17 season record. The Warriors come into the match with a 19-3 record after their 15-6 league loss to South Adams (Berne, IN).
