The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the West Jefferson Roughriders (West Jefferson, OH) and the visiting Madison Plains Golden Eagles (London, OH), observed West Jefferson's softball team notch a victory over Madison Plains by a tally of 10-0.

The Roughriders (16-2) will now prepare for their bout against Watkins Memorial (Pataskala, OH). The Warriors go into the non-league bout with a 14-10 record. In their last bout, Watkins Memorial gained a win over Granville (Granville, OH), 10-3, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Golden Eagles battle the Grove City Christian Eagles (Grove City, OH) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, May 14. Madison Plains will attempt to advance on its 15-8 season record.
