In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Warsaw Tigers softball team scored a nice 15-3 win over the York Golden Knights.
The Tigers (4-7) will now prepare for their match against Letchworth (Gainesville, NY). The Legends come into the Livingston County Division 2 match with a 3-8 record. In their last match, Letchworth was routed by Haverling (Bath, NY), 12-1, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Golden Knights battle the Pavilion Golden Gophers (Pavilion, NY) in a Livingston County Div III match, on Wednesday, May 14. York will attempt to better on its 5-10 season record. The Golden Gophers come into the match with a 4-9 record after their 9-1 non-league loss to Wayland-Cohocton (Wayland, NY).
