The Rockhurst Hawklets (Kansas City, MO) baseball trounced the visiting Odessa Bulldogs (Odessa, MO), 12-2 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

The Hawklets now own a 17-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Saint Thomas Aquinas for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 15. Rockhurst will clash with a Saints team coming off a 9-5 league loss to Blue Valley (Stilwell, KS). The Saints record now stands at 17-5.

With the defeat, Odessa drops to 10-14 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Oak Grove (Oak Grove, MO) to clash with the Panthers in a Class 4 District 13 challenge on Monday, May 18. The Panthers go into the challenge with a record of 13-12. Oak Grove won 16-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Knob Noster (Knob Noster, MO)
