Indiana High School Softball - Rossville drops to Western

May 13, 2026: Rossville, IN 46065

The Rossville Hornets softball squad (Rossville, IN), was routed 16-4 in Wednesday's non-league contest with the visiting Western Panthers (Russiaville, IN)

With the triumph, Western improves its record to 15-7 on the year. The Panthers travel to West Lafayette (West Lafayette, IN) to face the Red Devils in a Hoosier contest on Friday, May 15. The Red Devils enter the contest with a record of 12-4. West Lafayette lost 4-2 in their recent non-league contest against Tri-County (Wolcott, IN)

The Hornets now hold a 9-7 record. They play next when they travel to Taylor for a Hoosier Heartland contest on Thursday, May 14. Rossville will face a Titans squad coming off a 15-1 league loss to Delphi Community (Delphi, IN). The Titans record now stands at 0-18.
