Lincoln-Way Central Knights (New Lenox, IL) boosters exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Stevenson Patriots (Lincolnshire, IL), 16-11 in a non-league battle.
The Knights now own a 13-3 record. They take the field next when they host Naperville North for a non-league battle on Monday, May 16. Lincoln-Way Central will clash with a Huskies squad coming off a 20-3 league win over Naperville Central (Naperville, IL). The Huskies record now stands at 7-9.
In their next game, the Patriots clash with the Fremd Vikings (Palatine, IL) in a non-league battle, on Monday, May 16. Stevenson will attempt to advance on its 13-4 season record. The Vikings come into the battle with a 12-6 record after their 21-5 non-league loss to Lake Forest (Lake Forest, IL).
