Indiana High School Softball - Frankton bounces Columbus East

May 14, 2022: Frankton, IN 46044

Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Frankton Eagles (Frankton, IN) and the visiting Columbus East Olympians (Columbus, IN), witnessed Frankton's softball squad prevail over Columbus East by a count of 18-2.

The Eagles now sport a 12-7 record. They play next when they travel to Tipton for a non-league match on Monday, May 16. Frankton will face a Blue Devils squad coming off a 8-6 league loss to West Lafayette (West Lafayette, IN). The Blue Devils record now stands at 5-14.

With the loss, Columbus East moves to 6-16 on the season. The Olympians host Indian Creek (Trafalgar, IN) to face the Braves in a non-league match on Tuesday, May 17. The Braves go into the match with a record of 3-16. Indian Creek lost 14-5 in their recent non-league match against Franklin Community (Franklin, IN)
