The Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms baseball team scored 4 runs and limited the visiting Hayfield Vikings to 1 in the Awesome Blossoms non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Awesome Blossoms (10-6) will now prepare for their match against United South Central (Wells, MN). The Rebels go into the Gopher match with a 6-12 record. In their last match, United South Central by Kenyon-Wanamingo (Kenyon, MN), 11-0, in a non-league match.
The Vikings (11-8) will now prepare for their match against Lyle/Pacelli (Lyle, MN). The Athletics go into the non-league match with a 13-1 record.
