The Byron Center Bulldogs lacrosse team scored 14 points and held the host Catholic Central Cougars to 5 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs (11-7) will now prepare for their match against Portage Central (Portage, MI). The Mustangs go into the Division 2 District 10 match with a 3-11 record. In their last match, Portage Central was overwhelmed by Grand Haven (Grand Haven, MI), 19-4, in a non-league match.

The Cougars (9-6) will now prepare for their match against Northview (Grand Rapids, MI). The Wildcats go into the Division 2 District 5 match with a 8-10 record. In their last match, Northview prevailed over Christian (Grand Rapids, MI), 7-6, in a league match.
