Caldwell Chiefs (West Caldwell, NJ) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting Pope John XXIII (Sparta, NJ), 10-7 in a non-league test.

The Chiefs now have a 15-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Glen Ridge for a Waterman test on Thursday, May 16.

In their next game, the face the Bergen Catholic Crusaders (Oradell, NJ) in a non-league test, on Thursday, May 16. Pope John XXIII will attempt to move on its 6-8 season record. The Crusaders come into the test with a 8-8 record after their 7-5 non-league win over St. Augustine Prep (Richland, NJ).
