In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Friendship Golden Eagles (Friendship, NY) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Alfred-Almond Eagles (Almond, NY), by a margin of 10-0.

With the triumph, Friendship moves its record to 15-2 on the year.

In their next game, the Eagles play the Andover Panthers (Andover, NY) in a Class D contest, on Wednesday, May 15. Alfred-Almond will attempt to move on its 6-11 season record. The Panthers come into the contest with a 4-12 record after their 13-0 non-league win over Hammondsport (Hammondsport, NY).
