California High School Softball - Oakmont bounces Liberty Ranch

May 14, 2024: Galt, CA 95632

Oakmont Vikings (Roseville, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Liberty Ranch Hawks (Galt, CA), 6-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Vikings now own a 14-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dixon for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 16. Oakmont will battle a Rams squad coming off a 9-8 league win over Casa Roble (Orangevale, CA). The Rams record now stands at 17-4.

With the loss, Liberty Ranch falls to 14-8 on the campaign.
