Indiana High School Baseball - Austin loses to Borden

The Austin Eagles baseball squad (Austin, IN), was overwhelmed 6-0 in Wednesday's non-league contest with the visiting Borden Braves (Borden, IN)

With the triumph, Borden moves its record to 10-6 on the season. The Braves host Lanesville (Lanesville, IN) to confront the Eagles in a Southern contest on Friday, May 16. The Eagles come into the contest with a record of 7-9. Lanesville won 11-1 in their recent non-league contest against Christian Academy (New Albany, IN)

The Eagles now possess a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Harrison for a Mid-Southern contest on Thursday, May 15. Austin will confront a Cougars squad coming off a 11-2 non-league win over South Central (Elizabeth, IN). The Cougars record now stands at 8-9.
