In Wednesday's non-league game, the host St. Joseph-Ogden Spartans baseball team scored a nice 11-0 victory over the Mt. Zion Braves.
The Spartans (30-2) will now prepare for their game against Mattoon (Mattoon, IL). The Greenwave enter the non-league game with a 16-12 record. In their last game, Mattoon defeated Shelbyville (Shelbyville, IL), 7-1, in a non-league game.
