The Ridgemont Golden Gophers baseball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Triad Cardinals to 3 in the Golden Gophers non-league win on Wednesday.

The Golden Gophers now own a 9-11 record. They take the field next when they host Kenton for a non-league test on Friday, May 16.

With the defeat, Triad drops to 4-15 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Catholic Central (Springfield, OH) to clash with the Irish in a non-league test on Friday, May 16.
