In Wednesday's non-league test, the Bangor Rams (Bangor, ME) lacrosse team edged the host Mt. Blue Cougars (Farmington, ME), by a count of 9-8.
Next up, the Rams battle the Brewer Witches (Brewer, ME) in a non-league test, on Friday, May 16. Bangor will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Witches enter the test with a 4-2 record after their 9-8 non-league loss to Erskine Academy (South China, ME).
The Cougars (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Portland (Portland, ME). The Bulldogs enter the non-league test with a 6-3 record. In their last test, Portland was tipped by Scarborough (Scarborough, ME), 15-3, in a league test.
