In Wednesday's league test, the Barr-Reeve Vikings (Montgomery, IN) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting North Knox Warriors (Bicknell, IN), by a tally of 10-0.

Next, the Vikings clash with the Washington Hatchets (Washington, IN) in a non-league test, on Thursday, May 15. Barr-Reeve will attempt to advance on its 11-5 season record. The Hatchets go into the test with a 2-17 record after their 11-5 league loss to South Spencer (Rockport, IN).

The Warriors (7-9) will now prepare for their test against Hutsonville/Palestine (Palestine, IL). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 14-8 record. In their last test, Hutsonville/Palestine was routed by Richland County (Olney, IL), 8-7, in a non-league test.
