Indiana High School Softball - Bloomington South Columbus North

The Columbus North Bull Dogs triumphed over the host Bloomington South Panthers softball squad by a count of 6-1 in Wednesday's league challenge.

Next, the Bull Dogs play the North Harrison Cougars (Ramsey, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, May 17. Columbus North will attempt to upgrade on its 9-10 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 11-6 record after their 4-1 league loss to Brownstown Central (Brownstown, IN).

The Panthers (10-4) will now prepare for their challenge against North Daviess (Elnora, IN). The Cougars enter the non-league challenge with a 16-7 record. In their last challenge, North Daviess edged Springs Valley (French Lick, IN), 1-0, in a non-league challenge.
