The Breck Mustangs softball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Richfield Spartans to 5 in the Mustangs non-league win on Wednesday.

The Mustangs now possess a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Visitation for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 15. Breck will confront a Blazers team coming off a 9-5 league win over St. Anthony Village (Minneapolis, MN). The Blazers record now stands at 15-3.

With the loss, Richfield moves to 6-11 on the season. The Spartans travel to Simley (Inver Grove Heights, MN) to confront the Spartans in a non-league battle on Monday, May 19. The Spartans come into the battle with a record of 10-10. Simley won 9-3 in their recent league battle against Tartan (Oakdale, MN)
