The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Frankfort-Schuyler Maroon Knights (Frankfort, NY) and the visiting Canastota Red Raiders (Canastota, NY), observed Frankfort-Schuyler's softball team get by Canastota by a tally of 10-6.

The Maroon Knights (4-9) will now prepare for their bout against Clinton (Clinton, NY). The Comets go into the Section 3 Center State I bout with a 2-7 record. In their last bout, Clinton was routed by Morrisville-Eaton (Morrisville, NY), 6-4, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Red Raiders clash with the Vernon-Verona-Sherrill Red Devils (Verona, NY) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, May 15. Canastota will attempt to advance on its 8-6 season record. The Red Devils go into the bout with a 1-6 record after their 12-0 league loss to Rome Free Academy (Rome, NY).
