The Edward Little Red Eddies (Auburn, ME) softball routed the host Mt. Blue Cougars (Farmington, ME), 10-5 in Wednesday's league outing.
The Red Eddies now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bangor for a Class A North outing on Saturday, May 17. Edward Little will encounter a Rams team coming off a 5-2 league win over Skowhegan (Skowhegan, ME). The Rams record now stands at 6-1.
With the loss, Mt. Blue moves to 4-3 on the season. The Cougars host Camden Hills (Rockport, ME) to encounter the Windjammers in a Class A North outing on Monday, May 19. The Windjammers come into the outing with a record of 7-3. Camden Hills won 3-1 in their recent league outing against Lewiston (Lewiston, ME)
