The Illini Bluffs Tigers (Glasford, IL) softball the host Morton Potters (Morton, IL), 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
The Tigers now sport a 18-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cuba/Spoon River Valley for a non-league outing on Thursday, May 15. Illini Bluffs will encounter a Wildcats team coming off a 20-1 non-league win over Rushville-Industry (Rushville, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 14-8.
With the loss, Morton moves to 6-21 on the season. The Potters travel to East Peoria (East Peoria, IL) to encounter the Raiders in a Mid-Illini outing on Thursday, May 15. The Raiders come into the outing with a record of 17-12. East Peoria lost 14-4 in their recent league outing against Washington (Washington, IL)
