With the triumph, Jennings County improves its record to 11-9 on the year. The Panthers host Floyd Central (Floyds Knobs, IN) to face the Highlanders in a Hoosier Hills test on Thursday, May 15. The Highlanders go into the test with a record of 20-4. Floyd Central won 10-0 in their recent non-league test against Madison (Madison, IN)

The Cubs (9-11) will now prepare for their test against Henryville (Henryville, IN). The Hornets go into the non-league test with a 13-3 record. In their last test, Henryville held off Crawford County (Marengo, IN), 13-1, in a non-league test.
