The Mendon Hornets overwhelmed the host Union City Chargers softball squad by a count of 15-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Hornets meet the Colon Magi (Colon, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, May 15. Mendon will attempt to upgrade on its 18-1 season record.

The Chargers (8-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Stockbridge (Stockbridge, MI). The Panthers go into the non-league challenge with a 6-6 record.
