Minnesota High School Softball - St. Louis Park bounces Minneapolis Southwest

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the St. Louis Park Orioles (St. Louis Park, MN) and the visiting Minneapolis Southwest Lakers (Minneapolis, MN), observed St. Louis Park's softball team notch a victory over Minneapolis Southwest by a final score of 17-2.
The Orioles (9-7) will now prepare for their bout against Waconia (Waconia, MN). The Wildcats go into the Wright County bout with a 4-11 record. In their last bout, Waconia gained a win over Chaska (Chaska, MN), 14-11, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Lakers battle the Eagan Wildcats (Eagan, MN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 16. Minneapolis Southwest will attempt to better on its 6-8 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 9-8 record after their 6-5 non-league loss to Academy of Holy Angels (Richfield, MN).
