The Monson Mustangs triumphed over the host Palmer Panthers softball squad by a count of 13-1 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs play the South Hadley Tigers (South Hadley, MA) in a PVIAC - Valley Wheel challenge, on Thursday, May 15. Monson will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record.
The Panthers (7-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Southwick Regional (Southwick, MA). The Rams enter the PVIAC - Bi County challenge with a 6-10 record.
