In Thursday's non-league game, the host Canyon Comanches baseball team scored a close 5-4 win over the Valencia Vikings.

The Comanches (15-14) will now prepare for their game against Upland (Upland, CA). The Highlanders go into the non-league game with a 15-12 record. In their last game, Upland nudged Poly (Riverside, CA), 7-4, in a non-league game.
