The North Daviess Cougars (Elnora, IN) baseball the host North Central Thunderbirds (Farmersburg, IN), 7-2 in Thursday's league challenge.

The Cougars now own a 10-11 record. They take the field next when they host Brown County for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 15. North Daviess will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 15-2 league loss to Northview (Brazil, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 2-14.

With the defeat, North Central drops to 6-10 on the year. The Thunderbirds travel to Monrovia (Monrovia, IN) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 16.
