Rhode Island High School Volleyball - Scituate over Mt. Hope

May 15, 2023: North Scituate, RI 02857

The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Scituate Spartans (North Scituate, RI) and the visiting Mt. Hope Huskies (Bristol, RI), saw Scituate's volleyball squad beat Mt. Hope by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Scituate upgrades its record to 5-4 on the year. The Spartans travel to Burrillville (Harrisville, RI) to play the Broncos in a Division 3 test on Wednesday, May 17. The Broncos enter the test with a record of 4-7. Burrillville lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Tolman (Pawtucket, RI)

The Huskies (5-6) will now prepare for their test against Johnston (Johnston, RI). The Panthers enter the Division 3 test with a 11-0 record. In their last test, Johnston gained a win over Central Falls (Central Falls, RI), 3-0, in a league test.
