Lake Region Lakers (Naples, ME) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host Bonny Eagle Scots (Standish, ME), 9-6 in a non-league battle.

The Lakers now have a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host Traip for a Class C battle on Tuesday, May 16. Lake Region will clash with a Rangers squad coming off a 14-4 non-league loss to Sanford (Sanford, ME). The Rangers record now stands at 2-5.

In their next game, the Scots clash with the Thornton Academy Trojans (Saco, ME) in a Class A South battle, on Wednesday, May 17. Bonny Eagle will attempt to move on its 2-7 season record. The Trojans come into the battle with a 6-3 record after their 11-3 league win over Sanford (Sanford, ME).
