In Monday's non-league contest, the Meridian Mustangs (Falls Church, VA) lacrosse squad routed the host James Monroe Yellow Jackets (Fredericksburg, VA), by a count of 21-1.
Coming up next, the Mustangs confront the Liberty Eagles (Bealeton, VA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, May 17. Meridian will attempt to advance on its 11-3 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 4-8 record after their 16-8 league loss to Brentsville District (Nokesville, VA).
The Yellow Jackets now own a 5-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kettle Run for a non-league contest on Friday, May 19. James Monroe will confront a Cougars squad coming off a 18-2 league loss to Meridian (Falls Church, VA). The Cougars record now stands at 9-3.
