Ohio High School Softball - Chalker bounces Southern

May 15, 2023: Salineville, OH 43945

Spectators at Monday's non-league match between the Chalker Wildcats (Southington, OH) and the host Southern Indians (Salineville, OH), witnessed Chalker's softball squad prevail over Southern by a count of 10-0.

The Wildcats now sport a 15-6 record. They play next when they travel to Western Reserve for a non-league match on Wednesday, May 17. Chalker will face a Blue Devils team coming off a 17-7 non-league win over Mineral Ridge (Mineral Ridge, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 15-2.

The Indians (12-8) will now prepare for their test against United (Hanoverton, OH). The Golden Eagles enter the non-league test with a 12-5 record. In their last test, United was routed by Columbiana (Columbiana, OH), 5-1, in a non-league test.
