The Tallmadge Blue Devils routed the host Fairview Warriors softball squad by a final score of 21-0 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Blue Devils (14-7) will now prepare for their battle against Highland (Medina, OH). The Hornets go into the Suburban - American battle with a 9-7 record. In their last battle, Highland was routed by Berea-Midpark (Berea, OH), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
The Warriors now possess a 6-14 record. They play next when they host Beaumont School for a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 16. Fairview will confront a Blue Streaks squad coming off a 9-2 non-league loss to Norton (Norton, OH). The Blue Streaks record now stands at 8-10.
