The Lynnville-Sully Hawks baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Collins-Maxwell to 0 in the Hawks non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Hawks (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Colfax-Mingo (Colfax, IA). The Tigerhawks go into the South Iowa Cedar match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Colfax-Mingo was overwhelmed by West Central Valley (Stuart, IA), 14-7, in a non-league match.
The (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Interstate 35 (Truro, IA). The Roadrunners go into the non-league match with a 0-0 record.
