The Weston Wildcats baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Concord-Carlisle Patriots to 8 in the Wildcats league victory on Wednesday.

The Wildcats (7-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Newton South (Newton, MA). The Lions come into the Dual County challenge with a 8-8 record. In their last challenge, Newton South got by Wayland (Wayland, MA), 6-3, in a league challenge.

With the defeat, Concord-Carlisle falls to 2-14 on the season. The Patriots host Wellesley (Wellesley, MA) to encounter the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 17. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 10-4.
