Westminster School Martlets (Simsbury, CT) boosters exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Williston Northampton Wildcats (Easthampton, MA), 17-8 in a non-league battle.
The Martlets now own a 5-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Avon Old Farms for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 18.
In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Pomfret School Griffins (Pomfret, CT) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 18. Williston Northampton will attempt to advance on its 5-10 season record. The Griffins come into the battle with a 7-10 record after their 12-3 non-league win over Suffield Academy (Suffield, CT).
