The Merrimack Valley The Pride routed the host Kennett Eagles softball squad by a count of 8-0 in Wednesday's league battle.

The The Pride (9-4) will now prepare for their battle against Campbell (Litchfield, NH). The go into the Division II battle with a 8-6 record. In their last battle, Campbell was routed by Kingswood (Wolfeboro, NH), 7-0, in a league battle.

The Eagles now sport a 3-10 record. They play next when they travel to Pembroke for a Division II battle on Friday, May 17. Kennett will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 7-4 league win over Souhegan (Amherst, NH). The Spartans record now stands at 3-10.
