The Biddeford Tigers (Biddeford, ME) baseball trounced the visiting Westbrook Blue Blazes (Westbrook, ME), 17-0 in Thursday's league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they host Bonny Eagle for a Class A South challenge on Friday, May 16. Biddeford will clash with a Scots team coming off a 4-1 league win over Kennebunk (Kennebunk, ME). The Scots record now stands at 3-5.

With the defeat, Westbrook drops to 1-6 on the year. The Blue blazes host Thornton Academy (Saco, ME) to clash with the Trojans in a Class A South challenge on Saturday, May 17. The Trojans go into the challenge with a record of 7-0. Thornton Academy won 11-0 in their recent league challenge against Massabesic (Waterboro, ME)
